ORDINANCE NO. 3447-15 AN ORDINANCE creating a special impro,-ement project entitled, "Citywide Intersection Signing," Fund 303, :3rogram 105, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic intersection safety program; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain traffic intersection safety improvements; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 105, entitled "Citywide Intersection Signing," to accumulate all costs for the improvement. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 105, for the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or "City Engineer," under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $1,062,122 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 105, "Citywide Intersection Signing," as follows: A.
