RESOLUTION NO. „...2 -,7i) / <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of <br /> Meridian Avenue from Casino Road, North to <br /> SR #526. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of <br /> Meridian Avenue, as shown on the Plat of Beverly Home Sites Division No. 1, <br /> according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 74, <br /> Records of Snohomish County, lying North of Casino Road and South of SR #526, <br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. , on June 4, 1986, in the <br /> City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of <br /> aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in RCW 35.79.020. <br /> It , <br /> o 41 a In roducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this 3 ? day ofoger , 1986. <br /> (0 - -22-„,„ <br /> CcCil resi ent <br /> o <br />
