Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The electrical panel is not allowed to be installed in a closet. <br /> 2. Provide minimum working clearance in front of the electrical panel (minimum30 inch <br /> width for 36 inches in front of the panel). <br /> 3. Show all dimensions of of the structure on the site plan per City of Everett Residential <br /> Submittal Checklist. Include all setback dimensions. <br /> 4. Impervious area calculations shall be shown on the site plan, include parking area <br /> accessed from the alley. <br /> 5. Kitchen exhaust is required to be minimum 100 CFM (Intermittent operation) or 25 CFM <br /> continuous operation. Table M1507.4 IRC <br /> 6.
