Job Address: 3216 Oakes Ave. Plan Check No: C1604-110 Dear Ms. Hanson; In response to your application for a construction permit, your plans have been examined and you are advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. The electrical panel is not allowed to be installed in a closet. 2. Provide minimum working clearance in front of the electrical panel (minimum30 inch width for 36 inches in front of the panel). 3. Show all dimensions of of the structure on the site plan per City of Everett Residential Submittal Checklist. Include all setback dimensions. 4. Impervious area calculations shall be shown on the site plan, include parking area accessed from the alley. 5. Kitchen exhaust is required to be minimum 100 CFM (Intermittent operation) or 25 CFM continuous operation. Table M1507.4 IRC 6. Where laundry is located in a closet, a minimum 50 CFM intermittent or 20 CFM continuous operated exhaust fan is required.
