LAW OFFICES OF
DENNIS JORDAN & ASSOCIATES, INC., P.S.
A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CORPORATION
2907 HEWITT AVENUE
EVERETT, WA 98201
(206) 252-5554 (206) 258-4060 FAX
June 16, 1995
Steve Englesbee
City of Everett
Planning Department
Everett, WA 98201
Dear Steve,
Thank you for helping me regarding the easement issue that we
discussed last week regarding the Kelvin and Patti Barton
property off of East View Ridge Drive. I now have another
question that I would like to discuss with you.
My clients have been considering doing a boundary line adjustment
that would have the effect of adding the gully or greenbelt
portion of parcel B as depicted by the attached assessor' s map to
parcel A as also depicted by the attached assessor' s map. My
clients have advised me that it is the City' s position that, in
order to accomplish the BLA, they will have to go through the
environmental assessment process in the same manner that they
would have to do if they were applying for a subdivision of that
property. Would you please provide me with a copy of the BLA
ordinance of the City and any other ordinances that would require
an environmental assessment in that situation. Obviously, my
clients are looking to avoid that cost if at all possible.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
Sin
Dennis Jordan
Enclosure
cc : clients
