The house is being thoroughly renovated/altered. The <br /> house is not occupied. <br /> The work includes structural reinforcement and alteration including the proposed creation of occupied space in the <br /> basement area. <br /> Permits required will include Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing permits.The owner was very cooperative with <br /> our inspection.
