The proposed crib blocking occurs beneath the front, non- <br /> load bearing wall? The existing failures occur beneath the side, load bearing walls. These walls <br /> are supported by posts and beams that are rotting away (some already gone). Please revise <br /> and resubmit a comprehensive shoring plan.
