Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Typical existing wall section shows 2x10 joists sitting on a 2x P.T. sill. The existing <br /> house is 2x8 joists sitting on a 6x6 beam. Please clarify. Show connection of 6x6. <br /> 2. R-30 insulation in the floor will not fit in a 2x8 joist cavity. <br /> 3. Building Section A-A does not show proposed "4x10 (UP)" beam supporting ceiling joists <br /> and the ridge. Please show how ceiling joists are supported if beam is "up". <br /> 4. Show how"(E) 2x10 floor joists at 16"O.C."are supported at the"5 1/8"x10 1/2"GLB". <br /> 5. Call out hangers used for existing floor joists at the "4x12 (UP)" beams shown on upper <br /> floor framing plan. <br /> 6. Show location of water heater. <br /> 7. Show how dwelling is provided with heat. <br /> S. One foundation vent shall be located within 3'-0"of all corners.
