The approved location must remain more than 250 ft from the nearest eating establishment. 7. Applicant must comply with Everett Municipal Code 5.84 (Mobile Food Units) and all O other applicable laws. This permit shall expire no later than the expiration of the applicant's mobile food unit licence issued pursuant to chapter 5.84 emc. 8.
