You are correct that <br /> the alteration work being performed there does NOT have the required permits. <br /> A workman was on site during my visit that allowed me to view a portion of the work through the exposed openings that <br /> have been created where windows have been removed. He stated that he did not want to allow interior entry without <br /> the owner's knowledge.This was sufficient for me to observe and assess the status of the activity. <br /> Plans will be required for the permit application showing the proposed alterations and the scope of work. I was hoping to close the case today since they only needed to get a shed removed from <br /> the setback. I found that they replaced part of the wood shake roof, are putting in all new windows and I saw new stud <br /> framing inside as seen from the driveway. In addition, they are living in a trailer in the front yard. I looked for permits <br /> and did not see any. Kevin Fleming's phone number is 1-253-209-4646.
