The revised permit submittal set is provided for your review and approval and <br /> is based on your review comments. The following is a list of itemized responses to your comments: <br /> Correction#1: <br /> The overhangs on both the north and south side of the building have been removed. The plans and details <br /> on sheets A1.0,A1.1, S3.0 &S4.0 have been modified to show this change. <br /> orrections #2: <br /> o erungs on the north and side exterior walls are existing openings and are not being modified. The two <br /> windows on the upper floor unit on the north and south side are being replaced due to fire damage, but are <br /> not being increased in size. <br /> Corrections #3: <br /> As discussed over the phone the trusses that are being provided are tail bearing trusses. The truss designer <br /> has designed a single 2x12 top chord at the vaulted ceilings. R-38 compressed insulation with a thickness of <br /> 10.25" per the manufacturer will be in the 2x12 rafter cavity, which allows for the required 1" min air space <br /> above the insulation.
