plus or minus 1.0 feet(all work in the TL Group Approved Plans, the "TL Group Acceptance Standards Work"). The City acknowledges it has completed its inspection under Section 1.4 and has accepted the TL Group Acceptance Standards Work as required under Section 1.8. (d) Transfer Lot 3 - Acceptance Standards Work. Owner shall complete, in accordance with the Amended Permit, all work as shown in the approved plan set prepared by David Evans &Associates in reliance of GeoEngineers recommendations attached as Exhibit C- 1 (which shall replace and modify the requirements detailed on Exhibit C attached to the Development Agreement) (the "Transfer Lot 3 Minimum Work Approved Plans"). The Transfer Lot 3 Minimum Work Approved Plans state the minimum work that will be completed by Owner (with all work in the Transfer Lot 3 Minimum Work Approved Plans, being the "Transfer Lot 3 Minimum Acceptance Standards Work"). In addition to the Transfer Lot 3 Minimum Acceptance Standards Work, Owner shall have the right to raise the rough grade elevation of Transfer Lot 3 to the elevations shown in the approved plan set prepared by David Evans &Associates in reliance of GeoEngineers recommendations attached as Exhibit C-2 (to no greater than 542 feet maximum elevation [NAVD of 1988 Datum], plus or minus 1.0 feet) (such grade raising, in addition to all other work contained in such Exhibit C-2, the "Transfer Lot 3 Maximum Work"). Upon completion of the Transfer Lot 3 Minimum Acceptance Standards Work, Owner may notify City of completion of the Transfer Lot 3 Minimum Acceptance Standards Work (a"Completion Notice"). Such Completion Notice shall state whether Owner elects to complete the Transfer Lot 3 Maximum Acceptance Standards Work, or elects to convey Transfer Lot 3 to the City, as provided in Section 1.4 below.
