EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> ROOF EVALUATION SERVICES <br /> The purpose of this contract is to provide roof evaluation services for the Everett Main Library located at 2702 Hoyt <br /> Avenue. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The work shall include the following: <br /> 1. A site visit to review current roof and adjacent wall conditions. <br /> 2. Review of existing landscape planters and recommendations for waterproofing. <br /> 3. Preparation of a report with photographs,including recommendations for repair and or replacement. <br /> 4. Test cuts will be performed to verify existing roof assemblies. Cuts will be temporarily patched with mastic and <br /> webbing. Temporary patches will provide three to six months protection,but should be replaced by more permanent <br /> patches with work performed by a licensed roofmg contractor. <br /> TIME OF COMPLETION: <br /> 1.
