October 7, 2015 <br />the Certificate of Completion with CPC Materials, doing business as <br />Smokey Point Concrete, allowing the release of the retainage bond. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Moore who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARING — COUNCIL BILL 1509-29 <br />Council President Bader opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill <br />No. 1509-29, a proposed ordinance making the Comprehensive Plan, <br />Zoning and Shoreline Master Program designations for the Port of Everett <br />South Terminal consistent, amending Ordinance Nos. 2705-03, 2706-03, <br />2021-94, 2600-02 and 1671-89, as amended. <br />Council President Bader invited public comment.
