11.14 COPYRIGHT POLICIES. It is CPI's policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright <br /> infringement that comply with applicable international intellectual property law(including, in the United <br /> States,the Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. <br /> 11.15 THIRD PARTY RESOURCES. The ChargePoint Services may include hyperlinks to other <br /> websites or resources. CPI has no control over any web sites or resources that are provided by companies <br /> or persons other than CPI. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that CPI is not responsible for the <br /> availability of any such web sites or resources, CPI does not endorse any advertising, products or other <br /> materials on or available from such web sites or resources, and CPI is not liable for any loss or damage <br /> that may be incurred by Subscriber as a result of any reliance placed by Subscriber on the completeness, <br /> accuracy or existence of any advertising, products,or other materials on,or available from,such websites <br /> or resources. <br /> 11.16 COUNTERPARTS. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts,each of <br /> which shall be deemed an original, but all of which,taken together, shall constitute but one and the same <br /> document. <br /> 11.17 ENGLISH LANGUAGE AGREEMENT GOVERNS. Where CPI has provided Subscriber with a <br /> translation of the English language version of this Agreement, Subscriber agrees that the translation is <br /> provided for Subscriber's convenience only and that the English language version of this Agreement <br /> governs Subscriber's relationship with CPI.
