A RESOLUTION amending the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Everett as provided for by Everett Municipal Code Title 2, Section 20, Subsection 120, to encompass an area north of 112th Street S.E. between 3rd Place SE and I-5 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on January 21, 1986, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishing a Comprehensive Plan designation for the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after reviewing the Planning Commission recommendation at public hearings on March 12, 1986, and April 16, 1986, as required by R.C.W. 35. 13. 170, that Single Family Residential (5-10 dwelling units per acre), and 8-12 dwelling units per acre, Multi-Family Residential, 15-25 dwelling per acre, and Neighborhood Business land uses are compatible with the surrounding community and; WHEREAS, at a public hearing on March 19, 1986, City Council declared their support to annex portions of an area to the City of Everett; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that State law requires that a Comprehensive Plan land use designation be established for areas annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Comprehensive Plan designation hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that: 1 . The Comprehensive Plan designations of Single Family (Detached) Residential, 5-10 dwelling units per gross acre; Single Family Residential (Attached) , 8-12 dwelling units per gross acre; Multi-Family Residential, 15-25 dwelling units per acre; and Neighborhood Business is hereby adopted for the described property (see attached Comprehensive Plan Map) . 2.
