(18) Authorize the closure of various streets, as designated on map, on October 24, 2015, <br />6 a.m. to 10 p.m., for the 28th Annual Puget Sound Festival of High School Marching <br />Bands sponsored by the Cascade High School Band & Color Guard Boosters. <br />(19) Accept the Lake Chaplain South Dam Tunnel Decommissioning Project as complete <br />and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Blackwater Marine, <br />LLC, allowing the release of the City held retainage. <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />(20) Adopt Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment as surplus and <br />authorizing their disposition. <br />(21) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Property Access Agreement with Hunter Leasing to <br />allow Stantec to access sites and conduct investigations for Environmental Site <br />Assessments. <br />(22) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Property Access Agreement with Cocoon House to <br />allow Santec to access sites and conduct investigations for Environmental Site <br />Assessments. <br />(23) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Botesch, Nash <br />& Hall for design of picnic shelters and benches for Garfield Park in the amount of <br />$4,500.00. <br />(24) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Technical Services Agreement with King County for <br />drinking water laboratory testing services in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00. <br />Executive Session <br />Adjourn <br />Everett City Council agendas can be found, in their entirety, on the City of Everett <br />Web Page at www.everettwa.gov/citycouncil. <br />Everett City Council meetings are recorded for rebroadcast on government -access <br />cable Comcast Channel 21 and Frontier Channel 29 at 12:00 p.m. <br />on Monday and Tuesday; 2 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Thursday; 7 p.m. <br />Friday and Sunday; 10:00 a.m., Saturday. <br />The City of Everett does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or <br />access to, or treatment in, its programs or activities.
