Iw <br /> NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL <br /> Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk , City Hall , Everett , <br /> Washington until 2 : 00 p.m. April 24, 1986 and thereafter will be <br /> publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers of the City <br /> Hall for the sale of the following described property declared <br /> surplus by the City of Everett : <br /> 2130 Wall Street Lots 21 through 30, inclusive, Block 712, <br /> Plat of Everett Land Company' s First Add . <br /> ( commonly referred to as bus/sewer barn <br /> and located at the southwest corner of <br /> Wall and McDougal ) <br /> Appraised value of the property is $300,000 . <br /> All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier ' s check in an amount not <br /> less than ten percent ( 10% ) of the amount of the bid. <br /> Property described above shall not be sold for less than 100% of the <br /> value established by the above appraisal . <br /> The successful bidder shall pay the full purchase price within 30 <br /> days from the date the bids are opened or in the alternative, <br /> deposit an additional 20% within 30 days , in which case the <br /> purchaser shall have an additional 30 days to make full payment . If <br /> the successful bidder is unable to fulfill this condition, the <br /> cashier ' s check will be forfeited and the property will be resold by <br /> a resubmission of the property for competitive bids .
