Site Plan <br /> AND, WHEREAS, after due notice, public hearings were held on November <br /> 1 <br /> 12 and December 10, 1985, and <br /> 1 <br /> WHEREAS, after considering testimony from all parties commenting on the <br /> proposal, the Planning Commission made the following Findings and Conclusions: <br /> Comprehensive Plan <br /> Findings: The 1967 Plan designates Parcel A west of the P.U.D. right-of-way <br /> for Single Family development and Parcel B as Open Space. The 1972 Plan <br /> update designates both parcels as Open Space. The 1973 Park Plan recommended <br /> Parcel A "For Acquisition and Park Development" and did not make any <br /> reoommendations for Parcel B.
