RESOLUTION NO. c7:(.2, ,, A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett approving the issuance by the Development Corporation of its Revenue Bonds (Japan Aircraft Maintenance (America) , Inc . Project) in the aggre- gate amount of $848,000, and approving Resolution No. 6 of said Development Corporation author- izing said Bonds, including the Loan Agreement. WHEREAS, the City of Everett, Washington (the "City" ) , by Resolution No. 638, as amended, has approved and authorized the creation of The Industrial Development Corporation of the City of Everett, Washington (the "Development Corporation" ) as a public corporation of the State of Washington pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 300, Laws of Washington 1981 (Reg. Sess . ) codified as Chapter 39 . 84 RCW, as amended (the "Act" ) to act on behalf of the City to issue nonrecourse revenue bonds for the purpose of financ- ing the costs of qualified industrial development facilities within the meaning of the Act; and WHEREAS, the Development Corporation, by Resolution No. 6 (the "Bond Resolution" ) adopted on July 24, 1985, has authorized the issuance and sale of its industrial revenue bonds in the principal amount of $848, 000 (the "Bonds" ) for the benefit of Japan Aircraft Maintenance (America) , Inc. (the "Company" ) and by the Bond Resolution has authorized a Loan Agreement dated as of July 1, 1985, with the Company; and WHEREAS, the Act requires that the governing body of the creating municipality approve the resolution of the Development
