Charlotte Seymour Appeal 1
Appeal 1-85
Page - 8 -
It is suggested to the Appellant that this Decision be appealed
to the Everett City Council . The Appellant has satisfied the
general requirements for a Home Occupation Permit as set forth
in the Conclusions of this document. The Appellant has ,
however , failed to satisfty the criteria for the specific
requirements as set forth in Section 19.44 .030. An appeal to
the Everett City Council would most adequately provide an
interpretation of the legislative intent of Section 19 .44 .030
which sets forth the specific criteria for the approval of Home
Occupation Permits.
Done and dated this 4th day of June ( 1985.
C1 L 2 )7]. )j,j,GGG
James M.
