� 1 <br /> .01 <br /> RESOLUTION oZ 5 70 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. <br /> 705 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of proper- <br /> ty known as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0027 in LID Roll No. 705 to segre- <br /> gate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0027 into separate <br /> assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value <br /> to provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable <br /> against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordi- <br /> nance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID <br /> into smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett <br /> to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0027 into the separate parcels; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as <br /> amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as <br /> a fee for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT: <br /> Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation <br /> on the original Assessment Roll No. 705 . <br /> Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on <br /> the same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> 1' <br />
