Failure to comply with this requirement may render the <br /> Bid non-responsive and may cause its rejection. This Addendum consists of 9 pages, including <br /> all revisions, attachments and details. <br /> The Bid date, time and location for receipt of Bids are unchanged by this Addendum. <br /> 2:00 PM JUNE 6, 2017 AT THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE, 2930 WETMORE AVENUE. <br /> THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 1. Replace pages S207 through S209 with attached to clarify payment for shoring and <br /> excavation. The following language has been modified: <br /> a. On page 207 line 43, omit"be paid as, "Unsuitable Excavation"and shall." <br /> b. On page 207 line 52, add "Extra excavation in lieu of constructing shoring is not <br /> permitted" <br /> c. On page S208, lines 43-45 to be replaced with "Excavation of the trench shall be <br /> measured as "Structure Excavation Class B" or "Structure Excavation Class B <br /> Including Haul'by the cubic yard, as specified in Section 2-09." <br /> d. On page S209, lines 11-19 have been omitted and replaced with: <br /> "The unit Contract price per cubic yard for 'Structure Excavation Class B _ " <br /> shall be full compensation for excavation and stockpiling of the native material to <br /> the neat limits shown in the drawings dewatering. 'Structure Excavation Class B <br /> Incl.
