Landscape plans shall be prepared by professionals licensed or certified in Washington State, <br /> such as licensed landscape architects, architects, engineers, or certified professional <br /> horticulturists, nurserypersons, or landscape designers. <br /> 2. All required landscape areas shall be provided with an irrigation system. <br /> 3. Minimum required landscape strip widths: five-feet along interior lot lines &twenty-feet along <br /> street frontage. These areas must meet the landscape standards in the zoning code. <br /> 4. Underground L�tilities should not prevent street trees and other required landscaping in the front <br /> yard area provided: the location of trees are the proper distance from underground utilities and an <br /> appropriate specics of tree is chosen, one that does not have an invasive root system. <br /> 5. If possible, show proposed water and sewer lines through property. <br /> 6. Type III landscaping consists of canopy-type broad leaf deciduolis trees or spreadin�;evergreen <br /> trees with a mix of evergreen and deciduous ground covers and low shrubs. 'The proposed <br /> species: Emerald Green and Weeping Alaska Cedar would noi count toward satisfying required <br /> landscaping for trees. <br /> 7.
