2. Prior to issuance of any permits, the Applicant mu�st pay a mitigation fee of$8,589.00 per the City's <br /> Traffic Mitigation Ordinance No. 2425-99. (SEP�� Transportation Policies) <br /> 3. This project involves manufacturing activity within approximately 110 feet of a residential zone. <br /> Due to the potential noise impacts generated by manufacturing activities, a noise study will be <br /> required prior to issuance of a building permit for the building addition. The noise study will not be <br /> required for Phase I parking lot improvements. <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact <br /> on the environment.
