RESOLUTION NO. 4,j S7 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of the alley <br /> East of Broadway and North of Pacific Avenue. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage <br /> abutting that portion of the East-West alley located in Block 712, Plat <br /> of Everett Land Company's First Addition to Everett according to the Plat <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 20, Records of Snohomish County, <br /> lying West of the southerly extended West right-of-way line of the North- <br /> South alley in said Block 712 and lying West of the East right-of-way line <br /> of Broadway Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. , on April 24, 1985, in <br /> the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of <br /> aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in RCW 35.79.020. <br /> 21-4 - <br /> ouncilman I roducin solution <br /> Passed and approved this o2 1 day of :/27 AZ2 , 1985. <br /> unci esident <br />
