RESOLUTION NO. ,a25-1740 . A RESOLUTION amending the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Everett as provided for by Everett Municipal Code Title 2, Section 20, Subsection 120, to encompass an area north of 100th Street SE in the Vicinity of 19th Avenue SE WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on JA/1/AF /9,2,3 the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishing the Comprehensive Plan designation for the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, the existing Snohomish County land use guidelines and regulations consist of the North Creek Area Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a Notice of Intention to Annex to the City of Everett for the area is pending before the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that state law requires that a Comprehensive Plan land use designation be established for areas annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds after reviewing Planning Commission recommendations at a public hearing on J, ri,�3 e.ri,.7 1985, that the Comprehensive Plan designations hereinafter set forth are in the best interest of the City of Everett. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: 1. The Comprehensive Plan designation of (a) Medium Density Residential, 5-10 dwelling units per gross acre; and (b) High Density Residential, 10+ dwelling units per gross acre are hereby adopted for the described property (see attached Comprehensive Plan map) . 2.
