<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7-5,2--f
<br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington,
<br /> declaring its intention to order the improvement of 100th Street S.W.,
<br /> from Holly Drive, east, to 1st Place W, also known as 100th St, and south
<br /> on 1st Place W., also known as 100th St., to Everett Mall Way, with
<br /> complete standard street system improvements and intersection
<br /> improvements including complete standard street system improvements
<br /> to the south city limits-of the corner property south of 100th St. SW on
<br /> Holly Drive, and including a storm water system, and one half of the cost
<br /> of traffic signal system improvements at Evergreen Way, and all of the
<br /> cost of the traffic signal system at 4th Avenue W., also known as
<br /> Emander Road, and conduit for a future traffic signal system under the
<br /> portion of improvement by this L.I.D. at Holly Drive, and one half of the
<br /> cost of the traffic signal system at Everett Mall Way, and 8 inch sanitary
<br /> sewers from 580 feet west of 1st Place West, also known as 100th Street,
<br /> to Everett Mall Way, and a 12 inch water main from 4th Avenue, also
<br /> known as Emander Road, to Everett Mall Way, and transit shelters and
<br /> pull outs; and property acquisition; and necessary appurtenances as
<br /> determined by the City Engineer in connection therewith and to create a
<br /> local improvement district to assess the cost and expense of carrying out
<br /> such improvement against the properties specially benefitted thereby,
<br /> and notifying all persons who desire to object to the improvements to
<br /> appear and present their objections at a meeting of the City Council to
<br /> be held on February 20, 1985, at 7:00 p.m.
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT,
<br /> WASHINGTON, as follows:
<br /> Section 1: RCW 35.43.040 provides that the legislative authority of a City
<br /> may order a local improvement district.
<br /> Section 2: It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Everett,
<br /> Washington, based on RCW 35.43.040, to order the improvement of the following
<br /> property:
<br /> See Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated by
<br /> reference herein.
<br /> by the construction and installation of:
<br /> 100th Street S.W., from Holly Drive, east, to 1st Place W, also known as
<br /> 100th St., and south on 1st Place W, also known as 100th St., to Everett Mall Way,
<br /> with complete standard street system improvements and intersection
<br /> improvements, including complete standard street system improvements to the
<br /> south city limits of the corner property south of 100th St. SW on Holly Drive, and
<br /> including a storm water system, and one half of the cost of traffic signal system
<br /> improvements at Evergreen Way and all of the cost of the traffic signal system at
<br /> 4th Avenue W., also known as Emander Road, and conduit for a future traffic signal
<br /> system under the portion of improvement by this L.I.D. at Holly Drive, and one half
<br /> the cost of the traffic signal system at Everett Mall Way, and 8 inch sanitary
