<br /> All that portion of Sections 24 and 13, Township 28 N, Range 4 E.W.M., described

<br /> Beginning on the south line of the N1/2 of the NW1/4 of said Section 24 at its
<br /> intersection with the centerline of Evergreen Way; THENCE, Northeasterly
<br /> along said centerline to the north line of said Section 24; THENCE, east along
<br /> said north section line to a point 220 feet, more or less, west of 4th Ave W;
<br /> THENCE, south parallel with 4th Ave W a distance of 260 feet, more or less;
