RESOLUTION NO.'5 Qcr <br /> A RESOLUTION revising the fee schedule relating to Animal <br /> Control . <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Everett that: <br /> A. Dog and Cat license fees shall be as follows: <br /> 1 . Dogs <br /> a. Fertile: female $ 15.00 <br /> male 15.00 <br /> ($10.00 if purchased before March 1st or within <br /> thirty days of licensability) <br /> b. Sexually unreproductive 3.00 <br /> ($2.00 if purchased before March 1st or within <br /> thirty days of licensability) <br /> 2. Cats , for ID only 1 .00 <br /> 3. Senior citizen and guide dogs 3.00 <br /> ($1 .00 if purchased before March 1st or within <br /> thirty days of licensability) <br /> 4. Registration fee 1 .00 <br /> 5. License replacement for lost tags 1 .00 <br /> 6. Lifetime license (optional for sexually unreproductive 6.00 <br /> dogs only) <br /> B. Facilities fees shall be as follows: <br /> 1 . Dogs and Cats <br /> a. Hobby Kennel 10.00 <br /> b. Private kennel or cattery 50.00 <br /> c. Commercial kennel or cattery 100.00 <br /> 2. Livestock <br /> a. Three or less 5.00 each <br /> b. More than three 25.00 total <br /> c. Domesticated fowl , fur-bearing animals kept in 1 .00 each <br /> pens , cages or hutches (25.00 total ) <br /> 3. Exotic, wild or dangerous animals 25.00 <br /> C. City shelter rates shall be as follows <br /> 1 . Impoundment fees <br /> a. Dogs <br /> 1 ) Current license displayed 10.00 <br /> 2) Current license not displayed 20.00 <br /> b. Livestock 25.00 <br /> c. Owner-requested pick-up 5.00 <br /> 2. Daily care per day 3.00 <br /> 3. Sales of animals ($13.92 + 1 .08 tax) 15.00 <br /> a.
