• <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION No. ,-..?‘„/91 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett, Washington, accepting a majority petition <br /> and declaring its intention to order the improvement <br /> of sanitary sewer system by the construction of a <br /> concrete sanitary sewer, sewer pump station; <br /> property acquisition; and necessary appurtenances as <br /> determined by the City Engineer in connection therewith <br /> and to create a local improvement district to assess <br /> the cost and expense of carrying out such improvement <br /> against the properties specially benefitted thereby, and <br /> notifying all persons who desire to object to the improve- <br /> ments to appear and present their objections at a meeting <br /> of the City Council to be held on December 19,1984, at <br /> 7:00 p.m. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, <br /> WASHINGTON as follows: <br /> Section 1: A petition showing interest to create a local improvement <br /> district to construct and install certain improvements within the City, <br /> signed by a majority of the property owners of the area of property within <br /> the proposed district has been received. <br /> Section 2: RCW 35.43.040 provides that the legislative authority of a City <br /> may order a local improvement district. <br /> Section 3: It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> Washington, based on RCW 35.43.040, to order the improvement of the <br /> following property: <br /> PARCEL A: <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of the Plat of Broadway Park located in <br /> Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5, E.W.M., said point being the point <br /> of beginning; thence east along the north section line of said Section 19 to <br /> its intersection with the east line of the North-South Corridor commonly <br /> known as the Interurban Right-of-Way; thence south along said east line of <br /> said Interurban Right-of-Way to its intersection with the extended lot line <br /> of Lot 49 of Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2; thence westerly along said <br /> extended south lot line and said south lot line to its intersection with west <br /> lot line of Lot 50 of said Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2; thence north along <br /> said west line of Lot 50 to its intersection with the centerline of 109th St. <br /> S.E. also known as Larsen Road; thence East, following the said centerline <br /> to a point of intersection with the southerly extended west line of Lot 48 of <br /> said Plat of Broadway Farm No. 2; thence northerly along said southerly <br /> extended west line and the west line of said Lot 48 to the southeast corner <br /> of Lot 39 of said Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2; thence westerly along the <br /> south line of said Lot 39 to the northwest corner of Lot 7 of Plat of <br /> Henrickson Addition; thence South along west plat line of said Plat of <br /> Henrickson Addition to its intersection with the North Plat Line of <br /> Hemlock Acres No. 14; thence West along North Plat line of said Plat of <br /> Hemlock Acres No. 14 to its intersection with the west lot line of Lot 5 of <br /> said Plat of Hemlock Acres No. 14; thence south along the said line to <br /> intersection of South Right-of-Way line of 109th St. S.E. also known as <br /> II Larsen Rd; thence westerly along said South Right-of-Way line to the <br /> centerline of 7th Ave E also known as Farmer's Road; thence south along <br /> said centerline of 7th Ave E to intersect the easterly extended south lot <br /> line of Lot 4 of Broadway Farms No. 2; thence westerly along said easterly <br /> extended south lot line and the south lot line of said Lot 4 to the southwest <br /> corner thereof; thence north along the west line of the Plat of Broadway <br /> Farms No. 2 to the Point of Beginning. <br />
