RESOLUTION NO. Lief <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment <br /> for LID No. 705. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property <br /> known as Treasurer's Account Nos. 0036, 0039, 0040, and 0045 in LID Roll No. 705 to <br /> segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account Nos. 0036, 0039, 0040, and 0045 <br /> into separate assessments, and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide <br /> adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the <br /> undivided parcel of property, and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 provide a method of <br /> segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to <br /> segregate said Treasurer's Account Nos. 0036, 0039, 0040, and 0045 into the separate <br /> parcels, and <br /> WHEREAS, the one hundred and twenty dollars ($120.00) as required by Ordinance <br /> No. 299-74 has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered <br /> herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT: <br /> Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the <br /> original Assessment Roll No. 705. <br /> Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same <br /> basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments <br /> shall equal the assessment before segregation. <br /> Section 4: That the original tract and assessment known as LID No. 705, <br /> Treasurer's Account Nos. 0036, 0039, 0040, and 0045, was passed by Ordinance No. 974- <br /> 83 in the amount of $293,131.74. The legal description is attached as Exhibit "A". <br /> Section 5: The segregated tracts and assessments are more specifically <br /> described as Exhibit "B". <br /> Section 6: A certified copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City <br /> Treasurer who shall make the segregation ordered herein. <br /> 14 ou filmIntroducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this /6') , day of , 1984. <br /> Pres •en of Council <br />
