ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> NORTHWEST MULTI-SERVICE COUNCIL <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this I day of <br /> , 1984, by and between the City of Everett, a municipal corpora- <br /> tion under the laws of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as the <br /> "City," the Northwest Multi-Service Council, hereinafter referred to as the <br /> "Contractor," and the Girls Club of Everett, Washington,, a non-profit corporation, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Girls Club." <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the City and Contractor executed an agreement, hereinafter <br /> referred to as "Agreement," dated the 2nd day , 'of May, 1984, whereby the <br /> Contractor agreed to expend certain City funds in support of the Everett Girls <br /> Club; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett Girls Club has undergone a change since the <br /> execution of the Agreement which change enables the Girls Club to act as an <br /> independent organization; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Girls Club and the Contractor desire that the Agreement be <br /> changed to reflect this organizational change and to enable the Girls Club to <br /> reqOve funding pursuant to the Agreement directly from the City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City, Contractor and Girls Club mutually agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the Contractor is hereby relieved of all rights and obligations <br /> under the Agreement. <br /> 2. That all rights and obligations of the Contractor under the <br /> Agreement are hereby assumed by the Girls Club. <br /> 3. That the Girls Club is hereby authorized to receive direct payment <br /> from the City to perform those functions and services identified in the Agreement. <br /> 4. That the project director as set forth in Subsection c of Section 4 of <br /> the Agreement is hereby changed to be Cynthia A. Swank. <br /> 5.
