RESOLUTION 0-Z4g/ <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating an assessment <br /> for ULID No. 1, formerly LID No. 707. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owner of <br /> property known as Treasurer's Account No. 0019 in ULID Roll No. 1, <br /> formerly LID No. 707, to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's <br /> Account No. 0019 into separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient <br /> value to provide adequate secutiry for the payment of the total <br /> assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 provide a method <br /> of segregating a tract of land in a ULID into smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said ULID and the City <br /> of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No. 0019 into the <br /> separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) as required by <br /> Ordinance No. 299-74 has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for <br /> the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT: <br /> Section 1 : That the City Treasurer is directed to make a <br /> segregation on the original Assessment Roll ULID No. 1, formerly LID <br /> No. 707. <br /> Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as <br /> possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the <br /> original assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation. <br /> Section 4: That the original tract and assessment known as <br /> ULID No. 1, formerly LID No. 707, Treasurer's Account No. 0019 was <br /> adopted by ordinance on March 17, 1983, in the amount of $1,160,647.00. <br /> The legal description is attached as Exhibit "A". <br /> Section 5: The segregated tracts and current outstanding <br /> assessments are more specifically described as follows: <br />
