The existing residence on the <br /> properry is to be demolished and a new single-family residence is to be constructed on <br /> each of the two lots. We also understand that onsite stormwater disposal is considered for <br /> the proposed development. The purpose of this investigation is to explore and <br /> characterize the subsurface conditions of the project site, evaluate feasibility of onsite <br /> stormwater disposal, and provide geotechnical recommendations of onsite stormwater <br /> disposal, grading, srte stabilization, erosion mitigation, surface and ground water drainage <br /> control, and foundation support to buildings for the proposed development.
