Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All required submittals <br /> must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be <br /> constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings submitted for <br /> revisions. <br /> General <br /> �1.. The adopted codes should be shown on the drawings to be dated 2015, not 2012. <br /> Please include all adopted codes listed below. <br /> Accessibility <br /> 1. The revisions to the entry should also indicate the accessible path of travel, to include <br /> the van accessible parking spot and vertical signage, required by IBC sections 1104.3, <br /> ✓ 1106.1, 1106.4, 1106.5 and 1106.6, and IEBC section 410.7. The costs for providing the <br /> accessible route are not required to exceed 20% of the cost of the alterations to the <br /> primary function area. <br /> 2.
