The Snol�omish Health District may choose to attend and participate in weekly project meetings, and to conduct <br /> any necessary inspections of the construction site. <br /> 2. Any significant changes or additions to the plans must be approved by the Snohomish Health District. <br /> 3. Prior to opening, verification is required which cer-tifies that the ventilation equipment and features have been <br /> installed according to the approved plans, and that the actual background noise at any student location complies <br /> with WAC 246-366-1 ]0. <br /> 4. Prior to opening, a pre-occupancy inspection of the schoo] is required under WAC 246-366-040(2). Please contact <br /> tllis office at least l0 working days prior to schedule the inspection. A fee foi-this inspection is required per the <br /> current Health District fee schedule. <br /> 5. The Health District Food Service Operating Permit plan review and pr�e-occupancy inspection must be completed <br /> prior to kitchen construction and use. This is a separate application and review process from the one that is the <br /> subject of this letter. <br /> 6.
