'L/BLIC WORKS
February 13, 2015
WSC Homes
1511 26" St
Everett, WA 98201
Subject: Project: Sharp
Job Address: 1604 63rd St SE
Plan Check No: C1501-020
Dear Mr. Brooks:
In response to your application for a construction permit, your plans have been examined and
you are advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below.
These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be
required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the
(2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the
State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the
City of Everett, unless stated otherwise.
In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to
provide the Building Division with three site plans reflecting the corrections
requested.
1. The site plan appears to be drawn incorrectly. The boundary lines do not appear to be
drawn at the correct bearing. Provide revised site plan showing distance and bearing of
all property lines. Show all setback lines on the site plan as dashed lines. All dimensions
should be either parallel or perpendicular to the lot lines.
2. Revise height calculations to reflect proposed elevations. Height calc shows "maximum
elevation allowed = 25.7 1/4".
3. Show "base elevation" on elevation drawings, maximum elevation allowed and proposed
elevation. (can be added to existing drawings)
4. Show energy credit option 2a from table 406.2 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC)
on the plans. (can be added to existing drawings).
5. Provide one set of reduced plans, no larger than 11x17 (no specific scale required).
CITY OF EVERETT • 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201 • (425) 257-8800 • Fax (425) 257-8882
S:\lCommon\Clerical\)Heilman\C1501-020 (1604 63rd St SE).doc
