Ca rswe 11, <br />You had applied for public works permit to build a canopy on this address. <br />And you gave me a document that says you can put structures on the easement. <br />The real property dept. looked at and said that is an agreement between the two <br />Property owners not the City of Everett easement document. The City document clearly <br />Says you cannot put a structure on top of the easement. So the project is on hold until <br />You give us a design of the canopy that is not on the easement.
