i. Makes presentations to appropriate public bodies and private <br /> groups in order to enhance the Corporation' s activities and carry <br /> through assignments. <br /> j . Assumes managerial responsibility for over-seeing each project(s) <br /> from start to completion, including time schedule, budget and all <br /> other ingredients of the final development. <br /> k. Coordinates all Board project activity(ies) with the Authority <br /> objectives and intent, and with the activities of the City of <br /> Everett, Chamber of Commerce, EDC, Downtown Association, Airport, <br /> Port, etc. , in order to best complement their efforts. <br /> 1. Keeps all records and corporate information as required by law <br /> and good management practice. <br /> m. Acts, with Board chairman, as official public spokesman for the <br /> Authority. <br /> -8- <br />
