RESOLUTION NO. 4/O G. <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing a ninety (90) minute parking <br /> restriction from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except on Sundays and <br /> Holidays for the Central Business District. <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Department requests changing the various one (1) hour and <br /> two (2) hour time limit parking restrictions to a consistent ninety (90) minute limit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ninety (90) minute limit should discourage parking all day in the <br /> Central Business District (CBD) by moving every two (2) hours; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ninety (90) minute limit will increase efficiency of the Parking <br /> Enforcement activity; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Downtown Everett Association and Chamber of Commerce <br /> recommends concurrence in the change to the Transportation Advisory Committee <br /> (TAC); and <br /> WHEREAS, the TAC recommends the ninety (90) minute limit; and <br /> WHEREAS, thirty (30) minute zones, load/unload zones, and truck zones would <br /> remain unchanged. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT CITY <br /> COUNCIL that the Central Business District, bounded by the south side of Everett <br /> Avenue, the west side of Broadway, the south side of Pacific Avenue, and the west side <br /> of Grand Avenue, parking time limit is set at ninety (90) minutes between 8:00 a.m. and <br /> 6:00 p.m. except on Sundays and Holidays. <br /> Councilman Introducing Re olution <br /> Passed and approved this,-27 day of Aide 4 A9:4. <br /> /1460 <br /> .
