Detailed drawings, in accordance with City Design and Construction <br /> Standards, shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br /> site parking layout, utilities, storm drainage and temporary construction <br /> erosion control. Public Works Department approval of these drawings <br /> is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements <br /> shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy <br /> Permit is issued. <br /> 2. Dedication of right of way for Ross Avenue is required. <br /> 3. Care should be taken to avoid damage to an existing 8 inch cast <br /> iron water main crossing Snohomish River in this location. <br /> 4. Local Improvement District Covenant for a future arterial street <br /> system on Smith Island is required. <br /> 5. Signatures on the sewer and water systems petitions for a Local <br /> Improvement District for Smith Island is required. <br /> 6. Sanitary system must be approved by City of Everett Public Works. <br /> 7. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer <br /> than 50 feet of every structure. <br /> 8. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at <br /> all times during construction.
