RESOLUTION NO. e..,?3 YS A RESOLUTION amending the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Everett as provided for by Section 12 of Ordinance No. 3-68, (Everett Municipal Code Title 2, Section 20, Subsection 120), to encompass an area north of 100th Street S.W. between Kasch Park and Walter E. Hall Golf Course. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on December 13, 1983, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishing a Comprehensive Plan designation for the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after reviewing the Planning Commission recommendation at public hearings on January 4, 1984, and February 8, 1984, that Mixed Use Residential and Multiple Family Residential land uses are compatible with the surrounding community; and WHEREAS, on December 28, 1983, City Council annexed portions of an area to the City of Everett; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that State law requires that a Comprehensive Plan land use designation be established for areas annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Comprehensive Plan 1 designation hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett; NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that: 1. The Comprehensive Plan designation of Mixed Use Residential, 8-12 dwelling units per gross acre, and Multiple Family Residential, 12-24 dwelling units per gross acre, are hereby adopted for the described property (see attached Comprehensive Plan Map which is incorporated herein by reference) . 2. The official Comprehensive Land Use Plan map of the City of Everett, be amended as hereinabove provided.
