RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing a new Fee Schedule - amending <br /> Animal Control Ordinance #680-80, Chapter VIII <br /> 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> 2 THAT Resolution No. 1979 be rescinded, and that the Fee Schedule authorized <br /> 3 in Chapter VIII, Animal Control Ordinance 680-80 (E.C.C. 6.04.150) is <br /> hereby established to be as follows , effective February 1, 1984: <br /> 4 Section 1. Dog and Cat License <br /> 5 A. Dogs <br /> 1. Fertile: Female $15.00 <br /> 6 Male 15.00 <br /> ($10.00 if purchased before March 1, or <br /> 7 within 30 days of licensability) <br /> 8 2. Sexually Unreproductive 3.00 <br /> ($2.00 if purchased before March 1, or <br /> 9 within 30 days of licensability) <br /> B. Cats -- for ID only 1.00 <br /> 10 C. Senior Citizen and Guide Dogs 3.00 <br /> 11 ($1.00 if purchased before March 1, or <br /> within 30 days of licensability) <br /> 12 D. Registration Fee 1.00 <br /> 13 E.
