RESOLUTION NO. .9 75 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation <br /> of Spokane Drive lying North of confluence <br /> of Beverly Boulevard and Broadway. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of <br /> Spokane Drive, more particularly described as: <br /> That portion of SPOKANE DRIVE, as shown on the plat of Beverly Park, <br /> as recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, Page 24, Records of Snohomish County, <br /> Washington, lying South of the following described line: <br /> COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of Section 7, Township 28 <br /> North, Range 5 East, W.M.; THENCE, North along the East line of said <br /> Section 7, a distance of 625.2 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING <br /> of said line; THENCE, North 88°07'26" West parallel to the South line <br /> of said Section 7, a distance of 30 feet to the Westerly right of way line <br /> of Spokane Drive, and the TERMINUS of said line. <br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right of way; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by resolution, <br /> fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. on January <br /> 25, 1984, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation <br /> of aforesaid right of way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in RCW 35.79.020. <br /> kn <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this day of �1 �f ' , , 198 <br /> rr <br /> Council P esident <br />
