% <br /> RESOLUTION NO. o,2%?Z, g <br /> A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PURCHASE OF WANG COMPUTER EQUIPMENT <br /> WHEREAS , the Computer Services Division of the City of <br /> Everett requires additional computer equipment to be placed in the <br /> Administration Office, the Finance Department, the Computer Services <br /> Division, the Purchasing Division, the Planning Department, the <br /> Public Works Department, the Fire Department, the Park Department, <br /> and the Water Department, and <br /> WHEREAS, the equipment required was legally bid by the <br /> State of Washington and is available on State Contract #4209-0003 , <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , WANG Laboratories was duly awarded the above <br /> referenced contract and the equipment required is available to <br /> cities and towns at a reduced cost of $ 83,864.83 installed and a <br /> monthly maintenance cost of $940 . 00 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT that the Purchasing Division is authorized to <br /> purchase the required computer equipment from WANG Laboratories as <br /> outlined on the attached price list, which is incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> (0 <br /> UNC LMAN I RO C RESOLUTION <br /> Passed and approved this .��1'�' day of v406,- `� , 1983. <br /> PRE" 'ENT OF THE EVERETT C COUNCIL <br />
