(3rd and final reading on March 22, 2017). <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $1,692,231.43 for the period of February 11, 2017 through February 17, 2017. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> (4) Concur with the recommendation of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and the <br /> Budget Finance Chair to accept the long term obligations of the Hotel Motel Tax listed <br /> above and to allocate grant funding as designated in an amount to exceed $300,000 <br /> and Authorize the Mayor to sign the contracts. <br /> (5) Award Bid 2017-007 for the purchase of one 36-inch CIa-Val control valve to HD <br /> Supply Waterworks in the amount of $122,978.52, including Washington State sales <br /> tax. <br /> (6) Adopt Resolution declaring the Navistar 4700LP Aid Car and 1998 Caterpillar 416C <br /> Backhoe/Loader as surplus and authorizing their sale at public auction. <br /> AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE <br />
