This inspection covers <br />9/30/2016 the requirements set forth in AWS D1.1, RCSC and AISC 360. <br />Welds are FCAW fillets on 6x3 HSS, base plates, and continuity/shear tabs per approved drawing <br />S/503 at grid location: Line 12, 6.4-B.75 on two door jamb columns. This installation also includes <br />(4) 9/" A325 bolts installed in the snug tight condition, with the threads spoiled after installation to <br />prevent the nut from backing off. <br />Welds were performed by Schuchart WABO Certified Welder: <br />Chad M.
