(a) Eighty feet when located at least three hundred feet from lots located in the R -S, R-1, R-2, R -1(A) and R -2(A) zones and at least one hundred fifty feet from lots located in the R -3(L) and R-3 zones. (b) Sixty feet when located at least one hundred fifty feet from lots located in the R -S, R-1, R-2, R -1(A) and R -2(A) zones and at least seventy-five feet from lots located in the R -3(L) and R-3 zones. Except as otherwise specified in this title, the design standards and guidelines contained in this chapter shall apply to all development in the C-2ES zone. These requirements supplement the standards contained in the other sections of the zoning code. In the event of a conflict between these requirements and the standards of other sections of the zoning code, these requirements shall control. 13
