RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation <br /> of 39th Street, West of the alleys in Blk 25 <br /> & 33, J.S. Sines Acre Tracts and East of <br /> 41st overpass. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage <br /> of: <br /> 39th Street, lying West of the alleys located within Blocks 25 and 33, <br /> Plat of J.S. Sines Acre Tracts, according to the Plat thereof recorded <br /> in Volume 6 of Plats, Page 3, records of Snohomish County, Washington <br /> and lying East of the right of way known as 41st Street - 38th Street <br /> overcrossing located East of I-5 <br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right of way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall by <br /> resolution fix a date for public hearing on said-petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m., on July 27, <br /> 1983, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation <br /> of aforesaid right of way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> uncilman Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this %19 day of Jung 6= , 1983. <br /> Council resident <br /> �' d <br />
