Please find a letter attached <br /> detailing the deficiencies. In summary, they are: <br /> 1. The wet sprinkler test showed several deficiencies that need to be corrected. <br /> 2. All fire extinguishers are three years out of date and need to be tested. <br /> 3. The key in our Knox Box will not open the laundry room door where the sprinkler riser and alarm panel are <br /> located and needs to be replaced. <br /> 4. The north stair railing is loose and needs attention. The south stair landings are rotting out and need attention. <br /> These repairs will need permits from the building department. <br /> Thank you for your attention to these matters.
